By accessing, browsing, or using the ppvippv website and any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and ppvippv with respect to your use of the platform.

If you are accessing ppvippv on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such circumstances, references to "you" in these Terms shall apply equally to that person or entity.

ppvippv reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publishing the revised version on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To register and maintain an account with ppvippv, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ppvippv strictly prohibits access to and use of its services by individuals under the age of 18. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful where you reside before registering an account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of generating business profit.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.

Age Verification

ppvippv reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. If satisfactory proof of age is not provided within the timeframe specified in our request, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending verification.

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonus funds received. No winnings generated on an underage account will be paid out.

To access the full range of ppvippv services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and the cashier — you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are prohibited from registering using false, misleading, or third-party information.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on ppvippv. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not share your account with any other person. Your account is personal to you and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ppvippv will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• You must notify ppvippv immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

ppvippv operates a Know Your Customer programme consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed appropriate by our compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until the process is completed satisfactorily.

Account Security

You are strongly advised to use a unique, strong password for your ppvippv account and to enable any additional security features offered by the platform. Do not access your account over unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks. ppvippv will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

All financial transactions on ppvippv are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a range of locally relevant payment methods to ensure convenient and accessible banking for players across Bangladesh.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at ppvippv is ৳500. There is no fee charged by ppvippv on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes for mobile wallet transactions under normal operating conditions.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account. Any associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket: within 1–12 hours under normal conditions
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days
• Card withdrawals: 3–5 business days

ppvippv reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification steps. Any withdrawal request made while a bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding will be placed on hold until those requirements are met.

Currency & Exchange

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. ppvippv does not apply hidden currency conversion charges. The amount displayed in your account is the amount you will receive, subject to applicable payment provider fees.

ppvippv offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general rules, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are valid for the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire at the end of their validity period.
• ppvippv reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit are not eligible for promotional bonuses during the restriction period.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit at ppvippv are eligible for the welcome bonus offer as advertised on the platform at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer and cannot be claimed more than once per individual, household, IP address, or device.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to minimise wagering risk, or otherwise circumventing bonus terms — constitutes bonus abuse. ppvippv will void any bonuses and associated winnings obtained through such means and may permanently close the accounts involved.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on ppvippv are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game, as well as the general rules set out in this section. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation without notice.
• ppvippv reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result was already known at the time of placement, or where there is clear evidence of match fixing, corruption, or irregular betting activity.
• In-play bets are subject to delay and may be refused if the event status has changed by the time the bet is processed. ppvippv's decision on in-play bet acceptance is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface. ppvippv reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual players without prior notice.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are governed by the standard cricket betting rules published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

Casino & Live Casino

• Casino games offered on ppvippv are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game is governed by that provider's individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing mechanisms overseen by trained croupiers. The outcomes of all games are fair and independently determined.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. ppvippv's technical team determination is final in cases of game malfunction.

Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by ppvippv, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ppvippv reserves the right to cancel any bet at its sole discretion in cases of obvious pricing errors, system faults, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ppvippv. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during the use of the platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform's payment systems.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game format where such collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting errors in software, game mechanics, or bonus systems to generate unintended winnings.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour towards ppvippv staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt ppvippv's systems, servers, networks, or security infrastructure.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by law, knowing that such access is unlawful.

ppvippv cooperates with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities where required. Suspected criminal conduct will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

ppvippv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in relation to deposits made to the account.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes such as self-exclusion.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their ppvippv account at any time by contacting our support team at support@ppvippv. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to identity verification. Accounts closed for responsible gaming or self-exclusion reasons will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

Funds on Suspended Accounts

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in that account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored. Where a breach is confirmed, ppvippv reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ppvippv, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses incurred during platform downtime or technical disruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Errors, interruptions, defects, or delays in the platform's operation caused by factors outside ppvippv's reasonable control, including internet service outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed on content, odds, or information published on the platform.

ppvippv does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use ppvippv at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ppvippv's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ppvippv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Where practicable, ppvippv may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or an on-site notification, but is not obligated to do so in all cases.

Your continued use of the ppvippv platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 8 above.
